Typically, the laser lasts only a few seconds! The total time from getting inside the laser room to out can be as short as 15 Minutes.

Yes, you need to be off the Contact Lenses if you wear any for at least about 24 hours prior to the Pre-Laser check-up tests for accurate measurements. You can continue using glasses right up to before you are shifted to the Laser room.

We thoroughly check your eyes and evaluate for your suitability of laser and appropriate laser procedure. Some of the tests we do measure your corneal thickness, curvature, refraction, dilated retina examination, etc. As the check-up needs to very detailed and elaborate for perfect results you need to have at least around 2 hours for all the tests to be completed.
